Unfriendly staff. The outside/grounds are completely covered in mosquitoes and the hotel does not do anything to help fix the problem. They do not clean the cabins and they are covered in sand, dirt, bugs, mosquitoes. Extremely expensive food and drinks. Food is tasteless. Wifi/ internet does not work. Horrible in every way!!

I stayed in this hotel "spa" for 2 nights and I am very dissapointed. Spa is too basic to be called a spa. Micro swimming pool, jacuzzi, 2x smelly sauna. All little things are extra payable, including robes for sauna! It brings memories of previous era - communism. The staff is unhelpful and rude. Everything is too much effort for them. Location is in the middle of nowhere, literally. Not even a kettle in a room. No mini fridge. Breakfast was good, but dinner very dissapointing. If you are a vegetarian, prepare to starve.

Terrible service, no room for eating. The scenery is nice and the hotel is built well, but the number of people Vs number of seats do not match and the labelling of tables just doesn't work as people want to be able to sit where they want and not feel like cattle. The lunch menu needs to have three courses and have enough for people to get a decent helping each. Also when I arrived at hotel I was given the key but on arrival to the room cleaning had not started so as a result we had no room for another hour after given the key.

It is a beautiful place and the food is amazing! Their wifi does not work really well though. It is a very humid place and they don’t have AC or fridge, just come prepared for that.
